What is psychodrama?

Psychodrama is an action-based, experiential psychotherapy where individuals use role-playing, dramatization, and group dynamics to explore, enact, and resolve personal conflicts, trauma, or emotional issues. Instead of only talking, participants act out scenes—past, present, or imagined—to gain new insights, foster empathy, and improve spontaneity.
