Group Therapy

Group therapy can be a meaningful way to feel supported while working through life’s challenges alongside others who understand what you’re experiencing. In group sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to share, listen, and grow in a space that is welcoming, respectful, and nonjudgmental. My groups are designed to foster connection, insight, and practical tools for healing. Whether you’re navigating grief, relationship stress, or major life transitions, group therapy offers a place to be heard and to move forward—together. One method of group therapy I practice is psychodrama, to accelerate and deepen transformation. Psychodrama is an experiential modality that you can learn more about here.
